Paint is a program that comes with Windows, found under Start-Programs-Accessories.

(Windows only, I'm sure Mac has a similar drawing program but I don't know anything about it.)
First here's a tip: Hold Control and scroll with your wheel (if you have one) - size of font should change.

Right Click the drawing on our web site which is closest to your configuration. Drawings Pages.
Select Copy. If you don't need to modify the drawing then open email and hit control V or save the drawing to your desktop and then use our Forms-Emailer to send us the drawing. The Forms-Emailer is better because it asks the questions we need to know to give you a price.
If you want to modify the drawing or add dimensions then:
Open Paint, a blank page will show up. Select Edit-Paste (or Ctrl-v) The drawing will be pasted onto the blank page.

On the left select the text Button which is the Capitol A.
Click or make a box where you want to type and fill in the info.
We need the dimensions. You don't have to be too acurate for a price.
You can change the drawing by using the eraser and then the line tool to make new line.
Feel free to use the pencil and make a stick figures. It doesn't have to be perfect.
Resize object in picture simply by grabbing the corner of the dotted line and dragging. If there is no dotted line, select the dotted square tool (upper right tool) and make a dotted line around the thing you want to resize.
To resize the whole picture (useful for photos) click on the word image across the top, select stretch/skew and put in 50% and 50% or whatever you want.
Move the drawing around by grabbing it in the interior.

Crop the picture by clicking on the little black dots on the corners of the white page. Grab these to crop. You may need to scroll to the bottom right corner, or make paint full page to find the dots. Also if the dots aren't there, you may need to click on the select tool.

When finished select File-Save AS.
Select Jpeg (.jpg).
Jpegs are ten times smaller than bitmaps. (compuserve .gif is good too, maybe better.)
Save the drawing with a name of some sort, and then, e-mail it to us as an attachment.
Email to info@wilsonglass.com.

If .jpg (Jpeg) or .gif (Graphics Interchange Format or Compuserve) is not listed:
My computer at work did not list jpeg as a possible format to save files in.
I heard that Paint will not include Jpeg as a possibility until you actually open a Jpeg with Paint. Copying and Pasting doesn't count.
I tried it and it worked. I opened a jpeg that I had saved on my computer and from then on, Paint has had the Jpeg option listed.
If that does not work for you then you could try the complicated instructions in this article or you can just send us the bitmap. Bitmaps are fine, they just take longer.

This also works for photos from your digital camera.
