SLIDER HOME - LAGUNA - RALLY - EPCO - RECTANGULAR - U-PATCH - CW - 3-PANEL - COTTAGE

Door and Fixed: This system, as shown above, can use the fixed panel to hold up the middle of the track. The ends are fixed to the wall with hidden clips. There is no metal on the sides and very little on the sill. The door has a bulb seal on both sides to cushion it when it closes against the tile. This works well.

OUT OF STOCK

We're out of stock and we're not going to get any more anytime soon. Interest in this product has dropped off since the Stainless Sliding Door system has come out.
Hafela makes almost exactly the same thing.
But I recommend the EPCO RS100, which only comes maximum 78" and is only twice the price.

We have replacement parts but no more track. The track is exactly the same as Hafela (but Hafela's finish is better) if you absolutely have to have it.

FINISH: Only Satin Anodized. BiFold Doors This is an unusual application. The top track can be used with generally one roller in a bifold system. PHOTO. The roller pivot as well as slides, thereby supporting the weight of the bifold panels. This keeps the doors in line, makes the bifold doors easier to operate and supports the weight of the glass. (The roller is kind of a pivot and a hinge or hingvot)

Single Sliding Door
: This system can be used for a single door mounted to the side of a wall (with Angle Aluminum) or to a header or ceiling joists.
Click here for drawing of Single Door.

Multiple Doors: Two sliding doors is also possible with two tracks mounted to a header or ceiling joists. The track is not strong enough to hold up a door by itself. SEE ALSO the HYDROSLIDE
Double Door Drawing is just two single doors side by side.
The U-Patch System is most often used for Showers in bathrooms that are too small for a swinging door and the customer wants something a little more interesting than the standard Aluminum SLider. Try the stainless steel versions.
Under the door, a threshold and bulb seal is necessary. On the edges of the door we applied a bulb seal so that the door can close safely against the tile. The Fixed Panel is held in place with U-Channel at the bottom, setting blocks inside the U-Channel and silicone. The small guide in the middle was siliconed and screwed down.

You can see that the bathroom is small and almost no other solution would have worked. These sliding doors give a designer look in spite of the limitations.
The fixed panel is actually supporting the sliding panel so the header is not attached to the ceiling, thereby enhancing the feeling of effortlessly weightless floating glass. You will think you are on Mars, maybe, where floating glass is common.
Stop, Roller and Bottom Guide.
The package contains two rollers, two stops, and one guide with inserts for either 3/8" or 1/2" glass. Some small wrenches and parts are also included.
